How can "Wireframe" mode help me? How to design electricity?

Hello, I have a question about "Wireframe" view mode. And how exactly can I use it?

Is there a way to add electrical wires? Or hightlighted electrical switches and sockets?

Basically how to design electricity in this Homestyler app?
